Car runs great but when taking off from a complete stop. Sometimes I get a hesitation ?? Carb problem?? Carb Just had a Complete Bench Rebuild. Someone told me the Tranny with Auto overdrives are all like this?? What The? Hmmm ? Please let me know what to look into. Thanks 8-)

Sounds like a possible vacuum leak. Check all vacuum lines. With recent carb rebuild, go back and retorque screws and mounting bolts. :cool:

Try disconnecting and plugging the vaccum line to the your egr valve and give a test from there. Mine is still disconnected as this cured my off idle hesitation. Let us know how it works out.
