does anyone know where I can find the plastic mounting clips for the chrome trim pieces that are fixed to the side of the bed on my 82?

I'll tell you they beat all that I've seen, ie., the garnish clips for my rear window (74 Elky) were somewhere around 2.50 to 3.00 dollars in all the books I looked at (that had them), and this guy had a booth down at the Turkey Rod Run in Daytona where I picked them up for 50 cents a piece. :thumbsup: He has a store at www.stores.ebay.com/floridaautofastener Hope this helps.
