Hi, Has anyone used these arms?????????
15-0809-5R..... $48.00
Fits R/H GM metric chassis
Bolt-in ball joint, 8" long, with 1-1/4" offset
6-7/8" inner shaft
I want to use them with my 12" B spindle brake conversion for my 87 elco. I am trying to find out if they can use the moog offset shafts so my camber will be in specs?
Any info will be helpfull.

They are for stock spindles, they will not work with tall spindles.
The cross shafts are not replacable.

I talked with tony at UB Machine today and we are working on building upper arms for the B spindle conversions. We are also working on the correct upper and lower ball joints to use with the arms. It will be about 2 months with the hollidays. It looks like the ball joints are going to be the expensive parts. I will keep you updated as it happens.

I used to have them build my arms for my kits. It has become cost prohibitive to have them made these days. I have a new upgraded design but I would have to either build them myself or outsource them to China or Mexico to make it worth doing.

????????????????????
Are you saying that the Moog K5208s are NOT the right BJs for these arms????
Also, I noticed all the listings say "(ref: Moog...... ". Since all those prices are way below what everyone else charges for Moog parts, ARE these actually Moog BJs that we get?? If not Moog, whose are they?? I've had lots of bad experiences through the decades with both TRW and another company, can't think of their name right now; I'd sure hate to receive THEIR parts even if they're only half the price of real Moogs (which, I know, are no longer made in the USA anyway).

The ball joints we are looking at are Howe They are completly rebuildable and the shafts come in different lenghts. This way the lowers can be raised 5/8" to correct bump steer caused by the B spindles. The tops are also longer and have more pivor movement so they don't bind and break.

Whose parts are we getting right now when we order BJs and tie rod ends for so much less than everybody else charges for Moog?????
