Hello all,
It all started when I was a wee ladd in So Cal. My Grandfather owned 3 El camino's including my favorite, a 68 SS. Some of my fondest memories as a child was cruising down Beach Blv. in that car. My first car was a 79 and two years ago I bought my 68.
This is a great site with a lot of helpful info. I didn't know there were so many Elky lovers out there.

After a year of sitting under a cover I'm finaly getting to work on it. Disc brakes with 2" drop spindles were first on the list of many.http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q102/SludgeFactory68/elky2.jpg
The 327 is ready to go.

What you showed us looks good. What about the rest of your car? Any specs or details?
Thanks for the comments on mine.
