FACTS AND INFORMATION SHEET • READ CAREFULLY • NOTE CHANGES
PLACE The Show Place, 3000 Mechanicsville Turnpike, just off 1-64 on Route 360 East. Approximately 3/4 mile on left.
ARRIVAL Entries will be allowed to move in and set up, starting at 12 Noon to 11:00 p.m. on (Thursday) February 8th. Entries will be placed on the floor on a first come
first served basis, and space will be adjusted (larger/smaller) according to the size of entry. NO EXCEPTIONS! No Friday move in allowed. All set up must be completed by 2:00 p.m. Friday.
PASSES Two exhibitor passes will be presented to each entrant upon arrival. Extra passes will be available at $20.00 each, up to a maximum of six, before 2:00 pm. the opening day of the show.
ACCEPTANCE ALL ENTRIES WILL BE NOTIFIED BY PHONE APPROXIMATELY 10 DAYS BEFORE SHOW TIME AS TO YOUR ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION. Even accepted entries are subject to FINAL ACCEPTANCE at the door. Should an entry be "unshow-worthy' in the opinion of show management, said entry will be turned away. (Clubs included). Most shows are necessarily overbooked. In such cases where space is not available and entry to the building is denied, any and only monies paid to the show will be refunded, upon request.
PHOTOGRAPHS Each entry MUST be accompanied by a good, clear, glossy (no computer prints) photograph suitable for newspaper reproduction. Also, all entries must send photographs even if they have entered one of our events in the past. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL PHOTOS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE SHOW.
PRIZE MONEY One hundred dollars will be paid the winners of BEST ROD, BEST CUSTOM, BEST COMPETITION, BEST MOTORCYCLE, BEST TRUCK, AND BEST STREET MACHINE.
