Just wanted to get clarification per renewal of my ecc acount. I recently went to renew and I'm afraid that I ended up being counted (again) as a new member. I only intended to re-contribute/support this fantastic site!
However, I went to the supporters section - followed instructions - but I didn't see anything that pointed me towards - renewal?
I was already involved with the transaction and didn't know what else to do, so I continued. I didn't intend to skew up any membership counts, or to get another membership number. If so, I apoligize. All I wanted to do was to contribute/support (once again) to this fantastic site. Is there another way to contribute yearly to this site?
If so, would someone who's not computer challenged [like me] point me in the right direction? While you're at it, could you also please explain to me how to get/place avatars, emoticons, and smiley-faces in posts?

To add smilies to your post you just have to click on the one you want (on the left side of screen) when you are replying to a post or starting a new thread. At the bottom of the smilies it says "View more Emoticons" click there and you will get a pop-up window that will give you more to choose from. Just click on the one(s) you want in your post.

For an Avatar (picture under your name) click on "Your Account" on the right side of the screen at main page when you first come to ECC. Then click on "Your Info". At the next screen go a little over half way down and you can select an avatar from here or add one from your computer.
