Tonight we should be working to put the front suspension back together. I've been looking for some good reference material and haven't been too lucky so far finding basically step by step instructions. I'm sure we will get through it, but like anything else it would go much smoother with a little direction. I really don't want to learn it the hard way. If anyone has seen some good links, pass them along. We are starting from a bare frame with all cleaned and painted parts, new bushings and joints.

Before you start installing the front steering and suspension I'd recommend installing the new motor mounts. It's easier to tighten the motor mount bolts with the LCA's off.

I guess I'd mount parts in this order:

1. UCA assembly (assuming you've installed the ball joints/bushings)
2. LCA assembly (assuming you've installed the ball joints/bushings)
3. Spring/spindle/shock
4. Dust shield/seal
5. Rotor/bearings/nut
6. Caliper/pads
7. Steering box/pitman arm
8. Idler arm
9. Center link/tierods assembly
10. Sway bar/end links
11. Brake lines/hoses

I hope I didn't forget anything. :-D
