i would have posted this in the other forums but i figure the guys from cali might know better about this ...so here goes.

the majority of my vacum lines under the hood are cracked and brittle.I started changing them out.i want tto make sure they are going where their supposed to go.Ive found this link but im not sure which diagram to use.Can someone shed some light on this please.

no prob! i think i should get more familiar with spaghetti factory vacuum lines! I am going to school for a smog certification! Plus im pretty familiar with emission laws and causes of specific problems and solutions!

hey snaggle i was working on them then i hit a bump lol...the 5/32 emmissions lines are hard to find.i found some at the local indy parts guy.he said thats the first pkg of that line he sold in 4 years and he only had 3 feet worth.Hes going to order more for me.

rather then start a new thread,is there a really good oil additive i can use.I have to milk 1 more year out of my engine at least till i get my next tax check.My oil pressure is up at 60psi when im going over 40 but drops to 30psi at a complete stop.Any thing i need to worry about ????.im using 10 w 40 right now

The engine is probably tired and just old. Not a big guy on additives to help problems but I've heard the Lucas Oil Stabilizer is a great product and does wonders. Can try putting that in on the next oil change. The way I see it is if u have over 25psi of oil pressure you should be fine. Try sticking with 10W30 too.
