Hi,I've been browsing around on this site for some time now and figured I would join.I don't currently own an Elky but I have had 3.My first one was a `76,then I bought a `66 and also bought a `73 Sprint.Bought the Sprint for a project but sold it for parts before I ever got started on it.I had the `66 for a couple of years until I got into a financial bind and had to sacrafice it.It was going to be a projeact of mine.It was in descent shape and I drove it everyday.If I ever find my pictures of it I will post them.I have decided that the next Elky I get will be a `59.I want one to fix up or I would settle for another `66.It's nice to see so many people out there that like the El Camino.

Hi Mr Elcamino, glad you like the site & Welcome! So, you want to get a 59' Elky? AWESOME! I have a 59' as well & this is the COOLEST Auto I have ever owned! I'm kinda doing a ground-up on it...it won't be stock but it will be COOL! After I finish this one, I want to get a 60' Elky as well! When you get one, make sure you post pic's, OK? Take care..."SKULL" :lol:
