I have my CD player rigged with the yellow and red connected through a fused wire to the red on my CD player(onbviously stock wiring only 5 wires including speaker[2]) Will I have to rewire to get memory usage out of my cd player? It's quite annoying to change the settings every time I turn on the car!

either you can get a constantly hot wire from the fuse box There are two places for this at the bottom of the box right under the battery wire. Or you can splice into your cigarette lighter for a constant hot wire.

Big Reazon is right. Cigarette Lighter will be easiest and the cleanest install considering its right next to your cd player. Yellow is your memory wire
