My 1968 Elky SS came with no glovebox. I ordered correct glovebox from OPG. Glovebox will not fit in place. It appears you have to either take apart dash or collapse box and reassemble after in place. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I think you are on the mark when you said collapse. If the new glove box is made of a cardboard-like material with what looks like score marks, thats exactly what you do. It will return to it's original shape with a little help after you get it in place. Just push the sides in enough to fit the opening. Been there, done that to a car with a name starting with the letter F. Good luck, Doug
