Honestly as cool as I hope my el camino to be when it's done, I spent over 4 grand for a full air ride and tubular control arm suspension, and the customer service was just RETARDED. I expected for the money I was spending I would be treated like a king, It took nearly a year for them to send me all the parts, and several times had to send back control arms that had chipped "protective" powder coats, I once sent a chipped set back and they sent me chipped ones back. Its like they are picking the junk of the shelf for the customers who aren't running a hot rod shop. I even asked for the newest parts that would be compatible for the level pro system should I want to upgrade then what they sent me wasn't compatible and they made me pay extra to upgrade, just absurd. I thought they would be top of the line seeing them so often in hot rod mags etc, DON'T DO IT! I wish I hadn't sold my 57 bel air to pay for those parts. All I can hope is that when I finally get around to installing it, I don't have any more problems. No matter I cool it may come out, I will not support Air Ride whatsoever after they did what they did to me.

wow. I have not had any trouble with them at all and have only spend about 800 with them. I sent my shockwaves in to them to get rebuilt with new double adjustable shocks. The service that I got was IMHO some of the best I have had. I had questions and they answered every one with lots of help and tips. They contacted me as soon as they received the package (I know because I had tracking on it) and found out in detail what I wanted them to do over the phone. They then worked up the quote for me after they had inspected the and tested my parts. I had a call back from my initial conversation in about 1-2 hrs. I talked to them at about 3:30 EST and they got them repaired and shipped out the same day.
I am sorry to hear of your bad dealings with them. I have always worked with Jeremy and have had nothing to complain about. All I have is praise for the fantastic service that I received from him and the company. So if you do have to work with them again I would recommend asking for Jeremy.

I don't ever plan to buy anything from them other than maybe a keyless fob or whatever its called, since it im stuck with there product. If I could take it all back I would have, it should have been more like 3k then they pulled a bait and switch and blamed it on me, then sent me a ton of junk chipped parts. Sure they will return the stuff, but I think when your supposed to be replace a control arm with chips and you send back another one with chips then you just plain suck. Like I said, it took nearly a year for me to get all my parts, which cause it to go on the backburner, by the time the system is up and running I will have graduated with my mechanical engineering degree and be design systems like this with my own tubular control arms etc, the only thing I give them credit for is the electrical part of it. Other than that, you can build what they sell for much cheaper and avoid the hassle, somebody needs to sell competitively with them because there prices are currently much too inflated. If you want to take your chances with them, go ahead, but I strongly advise you don't waste the time and money. Everyone will have their own opinion and experiences though I'm sure.
