My wife says to clean out the attic so these are the first of my stash to go.
71-72 El Camino Fenders, 2 driver and 2 passenger fenders. They came off of 72 Customs (350 V8, 4bl, trim package, vinyl top) for what it matters. One set came off a California truck and the other set off of a Texas truck. These will fit 71 and 72 El Caminos and Station Wagons.
All four have been sandblasted and painted with PPG DPLF-90 Epoxy Primer so some of work is already done.
All four are in fair but restorable condition. Specifically they have rusted out lower sections near the door in the cowl area. All have parking lot dings. Aftermarket patch panels are available for the rusted out areas. One driver side fender was hit on top side near the headlight and was poorly repaired. Welding the pull holes along with some hammer and dolly work will bring it back to shape.
Price: $70 each or $200 for all four, OBO.
I will trade for a servicable 72 GM A-Body Air Conditioning Settup, e.g. Compressor, Condensor, Dryer, Evaporator and hoses, preferably from an El Camino.
Shipping:
1) Best bet is for you to pick up.
2) I will deliver for mileage in the North Central Texas (DFW area) - 0.40/mile from 76008 (same price for one or more).
3) I can ship Greyhound Bus which would be the cheapest but you'd need to pick up at the bus station. Rates would be $20 per fender for the box, packing & delivery to bus station in addition to the quoted Greyhound freight.
4) All other freight must be pre-arranged and pre-paid by you. (That means you do the calling and make all the arrangements). If your freight company does not come out to my house and do the packing, I need $20 for the box, packing, and delivery to the freight terminal per fender.
Sorry for the shipping rules but these larger parts can be a real pain and it can get expensive real fast.
Please ask questions if you are interrested.
Thanks,
Larry
