Hey everyone
I picked up an 81 in decent condition for my son, he will be driving soon. It has a 305 in it with a/c and I re-installed all the emissions so i can register it.
The problem is there so many hoses coming from the carb and manifold and selenoids i cant figure it out, I dont have the emissions decal and the manual refers to it and the after market decals from dixie and autozone are for the 350 or isnt right.
I could really use some help here, a picture of a decal or ?? on your 81. I am not real familiar with smog equipment and I ve been looking for the right diagrams everywhere. Thanks

I took a look at my manual and it was no help. However anything you can find for a 350 should be the same as your 305. The only difference between the 2 is the bore size of the pistons, everything else is the same.

Also you might want to put this post in the Engine Forum. Even though not everyone is from Calif someone might have a picture or scan of their decal.
