I need help getting the fan to work on low and high speed. It works on the middles speeds. I swapped the switch and wiring haress with no luck. Any suggestions would be helpful. thanks

The brown wire was spliced where the black connection was located. My other wiring harness has the black connection and it still works only on the middle fan speeds...any other suggestions would be helpful. this is driving me crazy!
