Hey everyone, i know this is in the General BS section but i figured it was the best way to get to know everyone and ask if anyone has a L-79.

Mines a heavily loaded 67

Ya I believe i've got an L-79 mines a 68 just got it rebuilt, I unfortunatly have no paperwork, don't know what else to check

We HAD one years ago, still got some pics (need to scan them) 67, hi-hp 327 4speed 4:11 posi, buckets,console,tach,matching #'s,etc..Cool car. A Florida tropical storm killed it. Pine tree on the roof :mad:
It made the local news. Super, thats just what we needed.
Sold it and it was rebuilt.....its out there somewhere!

good to know its still out there! read a magazine once quite a few years back after the car was bought and it said there was less than 10 to be known for 67. I will probably be looking at a proper restoration in the near future but for now the car is a super solid driver!

Yep, glad it was fixed. New (used) complete roof. Car also needed bed rust and rear quarter repairs. It was a neat car. I think it went up north....last time I saw it was at the Turkey Run in Daytona.....been years ago now.
I will post a pic or two inbetween the holidays when I can hook up with another member who has a scanner.

Your car sounds nice,to have a nice solid start is such a good thing! :cool:

i was about to post pictures, but the gallery section must not be taking new photo's as the "module is not active"

i will find a place to put them for ya'll to see not sure if i will wait now till its back to the "mountain green" or of it as it is now in blue
