im not very impressed with them either with their selection of items for a 73-77 lol not a very popular model i guess... but its an ok site if your looking for a replacement part to find a little easier to try their first than sit on google for 3 hours lmao...

I saw the topic as "..."
and thought, well, that's interesting..
Anyway The El Camino Store isn't the worst source but sometimes they're not the best either. That's especially true for 4th gens. I remember pricing a rear bumper from them and getting quoted 800 bucks for a supposed triple chrome finished piece. I had my original straightened and rechromed for 350.00.
They're nice people though and sometimes they come up with a little gem here and there. Like the H4 coversion headlights and the small "classic" emblems that they finally produce.
I've had great results at El Camino Parts (http://www.ecparts.net/) and they're really great. I've talked to Rick a few times and he just loves the 4th gens. He has two of them.
The thing you have to remember is that parts for the 4th Gen are few and far between. You don't see many of them at the big car auctions or the popular restoration TV shows. So the big manufacturers kind of ignore them. It's not the resellers fault it's the parts makers. I'm just glad that there are actually some El CAmino part sources at all.
:D
