hi im new to the site and i have a question..

i have an 84 elco and on my tailgate i have 2 big yellowing spots right above the 2 mufflers in the back< i was wondering if anyone knows a cleaner that i can use to get rid of these carbon monoxide stains, or whatever they are, without messing up my clearcoat..

any suggestions will be helpful. thank you.

If the stains are from heat then there is little you can do but if they are exhaust residue then any mild paint cleaner, Meguiars speed glaze for one will remove the stain.
