I'm ranting because I'm extremely pissed.

Yesterday, while I was at a gas station for 2 minutes, some (explitive) decided to ram my car. Head on. No brakes, just right into the side.

Now if he were to stick around to apologize, I would have been fine.
But he didn't.
He flew out of the parking lot, and left me with a car about 10 feet away from where I had parked it, passenger side pretty much gone. Hit and Run.

The upside I guess is that I now have to drive the camino everywhere while the car is looked at. Unfortunatly, I'll probably damage something with the amount of salt the state uses on it road.

I hate you.

Wow that is way lame man, did you get a license plate number or anything? Hopefully the guy gets what's coming to him. At least it wasn't the precious El Camino.

Man what a bummer! If you didn't get the plate number you might get it from surveillance video.

That is incredible. I really hope you can track this POS down and make them pay for their crime.

RJ -- Leo's advice about the surveillence cameras is a great idea - most gas stations have then now

You should definitely check on that ---- and then let me know I wanna be there when you find this guy !

Yeah, hope the moron is caught! I had something kinda similar happen. When I had my 70 GMC pickup,I had pulled up to a pump for gas. Some old guycame cruising in,& just as I cleared the back bumper,he slammed into it right behind me! guess he forgot where the brake pedal was. I was almost a double amputee,& probly would be talking to you in my wheelchair,if I had been a split second back.

Wow Max that is crazy. That's a near death experience if I ever heard one, good thing you weren't behind that split second.

Wow Max that is crazy. That's a near death experience if I ever heard one, good thing you weren't behind that split second. Lucky? Maybe, maybe not! I say that because there was a 3 year period, where every car I had (4 of them) was crashed into at some point...head-on collision by a stoned 16 year old girl,rear-ended by a tail-gater,backed into in a parking lot, that truck incident. Had my 2 week ICU hospitalization right before the head-on for a thyroid condition. One thing I learned...never say "What else could go wrong!" :laughing4:

About 6 months or so ago, I noticed as I walked up to my EC that someone had done a hit & run on it. Bent in the tailgate & broke the license holder. They had to know. Got it fixed... but cost me $250 out of pocket (deductible).
