I'm in DFW, if anyone knows where i can get a 327 please let me know. I will even do mail order if i can get it.

i found a place on the net that will sell you a rebuilt eng to that specific year and model car you have.. go to www.rebuilt-auto-engines.com/... i think the stock 327 for a 65 is $1000...they also have different performance mods that you can have them install for you.. for an extra fee of course :cool:

I'm in Abilene and have a 327 small journal engine & crank (disassembled) in the shed. I also have the rods, pistons , etc. I "believe" (was told by PO) that its .030 over and the crank is .010/.010. $250 takes it away. Contact me at rickas@chevelles.com BTW - no heads & its from an Impala, not sure of the year.

I know where there is a good 327 Block in Alverado, just a tad south of Ft. Worth. It is just a block but its a good block you'll need to get the rotating assembly.
