Hi everyone,
As the topic states I just found this site and had to join. I live in East Mesa and have a bright yellow (ok, extremely oxidized yellow) 68 El Camino. I have owned it for the last 10 years as my daily driver. It is definitly not a perfect specimen but I enjoy the heck out of it.
I am glad to see so many other enthusiasts out there and especially here in AZ.
I just wanted to say Hi, and thanks for having the website.

What, You don't have a perfect specimen? How did that happen? Well I don't think any of us have a perfect specimen. But there sure is a lot of owners here trying for that. Their experience can benefit all of us When they share their knowledge.
Welcome to ECC.

Welcome to ECC Troy.
There are lots of knowledgeable members here but I am sure you have a tale or two to tell about your 10 years experience in owning your 68.

Hello and welcome Troy. Big cruise in Mesa on Staurday. The cruise in will be on Main and there are already over 400 cars registered. I'll be out there in section 1A, although I do not know exactly where that is. Since it starts at noon and runs until 10:00pm I'm sure I'll have plenty of time to find it. Check my profile or gallery photos and look for me and my Elky. It would be great to meet another AZ EL Camino guy.
Thanks, everyone, I am really enjoying the site. I have been cheking out the posts and I like the way everyone works together. Steve as for Saturday night. I will be there. I will look for you there.

Hey Welcome!
Another Mesa Elky guy, starting to look like Mesa's becoming the El CAmino Capital of Maricopa County!
First I'm hearing of the cruise, I'll probably miss it this time but I'd like to get mine over to one in the future.
Anyway, maybe I'll see you around. I usually try to pick my 74 up on weekends. I'm over in the Falcon Field area. Mine's Storm Grey MEtallic with Light Pewter metallic two tone. Haven't seen another like it so it's easy to spot.
Used to be I didn't see many Elky's out here, looks like that's changing. A change for the better!
Anyway, welcome!
:D
