"Now",!!!! I don't wish to cause any problems in paradise.

I need to make you aware you wll have to make the harness so make sure you get all the mirror connectors and at least 3 feet of the wire so all your splice work is away from the doors and inside the cab.

Don't forget the door switch connectors .It wil take a little ohm meter play in beep mode to figure out the switch and you want to power up the mirror motors to figure out their end as well allow for 3 ft of wires in the doors and 8ft of wires in the cab, and 3 ft for the mirror switch in the door it's wires must clear the door glass when it 's down .
I hooked the power supply in to the fuse box with a standard chevy acc plug and the ground is in the door.

I found a old picture of the door panel the 2 you see is where I added the power sun roof switch Also note the little Choo Choo train Emblem on the panel that replaced the other embem.

I like what you did wit the rear lights. What and how. What did you use and how did you put it together?

Chevy C-10 tail lights ,

A disc cutting tool, and good body hammer, and masking tape for starting patterns peeled directly from the lights

There was article in sept. 1994 Hot rod.

It's tricky but a can do it ,Just make sure you cut the holes at least a 1x1/2 smaller on the body side cuts. 1 inch extra top and bottom so you can nip and roll the edges. top ,bottom ,and body side.(be careful not to warp the bodyside) nip the edges as many times you need to fold over the flanges so as not to bulge the panel.
On the gate side you will need to scribe trim the edge so the light will recess in and you can file the edge of the light to even up the gap between it and the gate.
You need to let the pattern hang out a 1/4 into the gate and body crack for the light to have the extra material you need to even the body crack out.
2 conture patterns of the light profile top and bottom will help you set the tape pattern perfectly.
A mig is a must. the rest requires planning and skill. A good body man will charge you at least $500.each.
If your a old hand pocket all of that.
Check it over and over as you go.
It's been my experience. that the stuff I do myself always turns out better
Most body shops wont put in the extra effort

 I must have realy discouraged you . :? But it's not , that hard to do ! You Just need top plain it well, and ask yourself?

This is what I want to do , How should I go about it? Then do it. :D

I do like the way the the tail lights turned out.

I've been looking at the new Monte Carlo's also , I wished they had smoothed the rear deck lid, nstead of that bump in the middle, and combined the rear third brake light and bowtie like I did. Then a front fasia that looks more like the 86 Choo Choo Custom. YEA BABY!!!!! 8)
