I bought a set of Pioneer 4x6 speakers but they don't come with grilles.

I've tried all the usual places (car audio stores, even the internet without any luck)

It seems the only way you can get them is to find 4x6 speakers that come with grilles and buy the speakers too. Even these are hard to find since this size speaker is mainly bought as a replacement for factory oem speakers.

I bought this size because they are the perfect size for where I want to put them but MAN is it hard to find any grilles this size for sale.

Anyone know FOR SURE where I can buy some?

Don't think you will find just grills for 4x6" speakers. But here are two current 4X6" speakers with grills on eBay. Maybe you can return the speakers you bought.

Item #280209650687 and item #370034465920

If you have the tools to cut masonite or wood, you can make the grills and cover them with speaker cloth.

Thanks Doug,

I don't think I can return the speakers as I bought them about 2 years ago but just never used them.
By the way, where can you buy speaker cloth? Sounds like making my own grilles is gonna be the way I have to go on this.

I bought speaker cloth at a cloth store. Actually you can use any cloth that does not have a tight weave. Buy the color you want in a cloth that will allow the sound to come through. Use a synthetic cloth, not cotton.

After cutting out your grills, spray them with adhesive and while still tacky stretch the cloth over them, leaving enough extra to wrap around and glue to the back of the grills.

Also, Radio Shack used to carry grill cloth, in black only, don't know if they still do. Years ago you could get it any size.
