Homestead-Miami’s 18-to-20-degree variable banking makes for one of the most action-packed evenings found anywhere on the South Florida calendar, and anticipation for this year’s SpeedJam has been at an all-time high. Neil, This sounds really exciting and hope it goes well. Hey Larry, I am also interested how he got into this gig. The only people around here wearing Orange jump suits are the county prisoners cleaning up U.S. Highway #1 so be very careful if Neil invites you to join him !! Have fun boys..

Hey Neil....looked for you but no luck just too many people in the pits...I'll post some pic's later on. Speed Jam was awesome three good races, BBQ, car show and concert w/Three doors down...Great day.

BTW in the car show my MCSS took one home under the class "All other Chevy's" 1st place...I was shocked. The classifacation was strange for chevy's they had "Early Camaro" then 'Late Camaro" then "All Other Chevy's" I was placed in with vettes, impala's, nova's, monte carlos, ect... BTW - no elco's showed up????

Hey Larry, The photos look great and it must have been a good time !! So much going on . What does the SSP stand for , and 75 members came ? Cool. I`ve been to Homestead several times to see Nextel and open wheelers tune and qualify but never seen an actual race. We did the Richard Petty Experience there. My wife did a " ride along " at 160 mph and I did the " driving experience " for 8 laps and that was a great time. Congradulations on taking another first in your Monte Carlo !!

Homestead was awesome man we had a blast....we should try to meet next year to the annual event? Think what? I'm doing the driving exp. this year...can't wait!
