Well, I have an '83 Elk Conquista with power-windows. For some reason, if you roll the passenger window down too far, the glass sticks, and can't go back up.... Or, so I've been told by the person I bought it from, and haven't been brave enough to try it out :P
It moves up and down fine if you don't go past the point of no return, so I doubt it's the actuator, or the wiring.... what could it be, and how hard would it be to fix?
