I just got an issue of Cruise News (April-volume 15-issue 164 ) and on page 44 is a nice photo of Dave and Paula`s 1987 Conquesta.We first admired it at our Old Town, Kissimmee get together Mar. 1. Dave, hope you will tell us more about it. Congradulations!!

I bought my 1987 Conquista a year ago on April 24th. I am only the second owner,and the previous owner was an older lady.So its in excellant shape.
It had 124,000 miles on it when I bought it.Its gold,with a brown vinyl top that extends back to the tailgate. Also,dark brown on the bottom sides of the car.The interior is the luxury package with the "pillow"seats. It has power factory tinted windows and power antenna,with remote control mirrors.
The suspension is the factory heavy duty handling package. Its a 305-4bbl with a 4-speed automatic with cruise control,pulse wipers,and adjustable steering wheel.
The car was babied from the original owner,and draws compliments whereever I drive it. And its a pleasure to drive.
There are pictures of it in the member section,and it also made October in this years El Camino Central calendar.
