Stock 1985 transmission - TH200C [ 11 BOLT PAN ] . Any suggestion on a stock filter change ? I see a GM part # TF -233 trans filter ,does anyone know if this comes with a pan gasket ? Or do I need to buy Gm, #8638960 it says { MV9 } in the description is this the same kit ? Thanks !!

Don't know about GM, but aftermarket filters come with a gasket.

im not sure about yours but i just went into my local part store and asked for a transmission filter for my specific tranny and they gave me a box with my filter and the gasket it didnt come with a new pan but unless its messed up its not necessary it only takes about 45 min to do the whole job its really easy
