I installed my new roll pan yesterday. I used the pan which re-uses the stock lights. The pan is very light, but once screwed on it seems fairly strong. I had to shape the ends to match my quarters, but this is expected and noted in the directions. You will have to remove some excess seam sealer on the ends of the quarters to get a flush fit - GM slopped this on pretty heavily, so it will probably vary with each vehicle. Not mentioned is having to modify and re-use the plastic filler panel which attaches between the pan and the tailgate. This took some cutting and fitting, but it fills in the gap nicely.

Not an easy 'bolt-on-and-go' project, but the part is well made. Total cost was $218 including shipping - it took about 1 week to arrive. The most difficult part of the job was removing the old bumper and supports - use plenty of WD-40 or equivalent several days before you start the project. Also - the roll pan cannot be installed properly without removing the tailgate (two pins and two bolts for the straps - easy job)

The results were worth the effort. I'll update my pictures ASAP (Page 52 - Black '84 CCC)
