Just finished a frame-on restoration of my '85. It is a recent purchase and I'm really enjoying the vehicle.

Thanks to all for your kind encouragement. I'm fortunate to have a friend who is a master restorer who has done a number of El Caminos. Bought this vehicle (car, truck?) with 56000 original miles, no rust, at very reasonable price. Just couldn't stop myself from trying to make it pretty! :D

By the way, love the forum. Seems to be a great group and very helpful. Thanks.

Dave

Dave that looks great something to be proud of
hard to find a rust free elky
my 85 elky was very close only the drivers floor had some pin holes not bad though for the northeast
enjoy your elky and keep us updated
