I know they make door shells for Chevelles but I haven't had any luck finding any for El Caminos. Anyone know where I can find new door shells for a 71 El Camino? Help.

No they are not the same. A Chevelle door is longer than an El Camino Door.

Chevelle 52 inches
El Camino 50.5 inches.

You may be out of luck for now. In the past you could not find any door sheet metal for the gen 3 Camino. The skins are now being reproduced so I would assume the shells will follow in time.
