I am wiring my 1960 el camino with the two speed wiper motor. My question is does the power wirer conect to the two wire terminals at the wiper motor. I know it does not get the power at the switch.

Not sure if you know, there are wire digrams here on ECC. They may be of help but are a little hard to find if you have never done it. In case you need it, from the home page, click "electrical systems" in the upper right corner. Scroll down that page until you come to "El Camino wire diagrams". In the bottom of that box, click "read more". After you select the diagram you want and it finishes loading, you can click on the diagram to enlarge it. Hope that helps.

The diagram helps but it doesn't address the problem with the deluxe wiper motor. Does the power plug into one of the bottom two posts on the motor? :(
