The last thing I have to finish after the fire, is the wiring in the engine bay. I have a wiring harness, but some of the ends don't look right. It seems like it should be really easy, since there isn't much to hook up besides the lights. Can anybody help me out with a wiring diagram that even an idiot like me can understand. Wire colors or whatever. I only have the basics, such as starter, distributer, temp sensor, oil sending unit. heater/blower.
thanx in advance,,,,,,,,,,,,,,doug

The wiring diagram you sent is for electronic engine control. I'm not sure if mine came with that originally. It was a basket case when I first got it. Even had a 305 with V6 motor mounts lol. I put a '69 350 vette engine in it. It's carbureted and doesn't have an air pump or oxygen sensor or nuthin. I'm going to put a gauge cluster in that will eliminate the oil sending unit, temperature light or alternater light. I have idiot lights now, and should probably change the whole circuit board due to a little damage from the fire. But I think it'll work for now.
help me he he he
thanx again,,,,,,doug

Our site has most all the schematics, vacuum diagrams and all sorts of other goodies for lots of the year models, most it looks like. All images are downloadable. Check them out and welcome to ECC / NECOA

I'll keep an eye on my email for anything you can send me. Pete, did you mean YOUR site or the elcamino store site? I found a part there that shows diagrams for every year, but have to draw it out by hand because the picture is too big and only prints half of it.
I would appreciate all the help I can get. I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed. And I promise I'll send a pic of the finished product. LOL
thanx again,,,,,,dug
