Aloha all

Tried searching this topic and came up with way to many hits to search through all of it. Sorry if this has been covered before but, I need new Window Regulators (for electric windows) for my 85 Elco. Per the dealer here in Hawaii (last resort calling them), they are a discontiued item. :-( Also checked ECparts and they only show for a Chevelle.

Spoke with a window repair place and they stated that they can attempt to repair them, but cannot replace them. I have seen "used ones" on the internet but for the cost of shipping, it make more since to pay for new ones and a a solid piece of mind that the ones I get are in better shape than the ones I have.

Thanks to all that reply with a part number or location for new ones.

Its about time I found a fellow Hawaii Elco owner! :D

As far as the regulators are concerned they are discontinued as you said. I was able to grab a used set of manual regulators off of Ebay since my counter spring on my left regulator cracked. Still haven't had the time to swap out the spring but that's life. I would try the local junkyards, a regulator from most 2 door G-bodys will work, whether its a Monte Carlo, Cutlass, etc. You can still find new GM power window motors if you need one. The El Camino Store sells some of the components for window regulators (rollers) if you want to repair it yourself.
