That's it, Stand up in the presence of those ford owners. Camino--hate it or love it. 8-) As far as a bike , a built Harley or something.

Harley / El Camino relation:

Harley - American classic that was long underappreciated outside of it's immediate devotees, now finally rising to it's proper promenance (well, rose a few years ago anyway).

El Camino - American classic that has been long underappreciated outside of it's immediate devotees, now finally beginning to rise to it's proper promenance.

Works for me! :D

I'd go for a harley. Both american classics. Had one in the past but sold to by a BMW (I just like them better then harleys). I do like my classic 50's Norton also.

Well, it certainly shouldn't be a *** bike, but it should be something of the same vintage. Maybe a 1978 Harley Davidson XLCR Cafe Racer.

I hope i don't get flamed, but you should try to get a old Kawasaki 73 to 76 z1 900 widow maker, they were the fastest bikes to have in the early 70s fast and reliable. i have a couple still running and they never been apart. and i still like the newer Harleys but in the 70s AMF almost put Harley bankrupt because of the poor quality and workmanship of there AMF hogs.

i ahve a 79 el camino ss and also i own a 99 harley davidson sportster 883 custom.. the bike has a lot of performance mods so i did a custom paintjob.. actually it is the same color as my car is.. a very one of a kind blue...also my bike has silver flames on the front...its sweet.. a harley is definately the way to go.. esp a very high performance sportster or softail...
