The NY State Assembly is working on a bill A.B. 2429- that would benefit Pro Hobbist Street rod and Custom Car vehicle owners- Pls - send letters and or e mails to the Transportation Committe of the NY assembly requesting passage of this bill- Sema has info on e mail sites etc. thanks kl

:NY: It sounds to me like it would offer someway for frame up custom rods and heavy mods to be able to VIN and register these machines in NY. On face value it looks to me like it would not directly impact most of us. But I would need a NY state traffic law lawyer to translate, for me to understand all implications. Indirectly it may let Albany know that the auto enthusiast, hobbyists, historians of NY have a united voice? :NY:
