As of today 4/2 pre-registrations at Carlisle are:
(17) El Caminos (nothing registered under GMC Sprint)
(11) of these are registered under NECOA

Pretty poor showing IMO. So get your butts in gear and get those pre-registrations in! I'M WATCHING YOU!

Ok, here's a few questions. Is the regestration to show your car, or to attend? Do you have to leave the car there all weekend? I am planning to attend but cannot leave the car sitting somewhere for the whole weekend, plus the fact that my car is nice for a driver and I do remodels of houses out of it so it really is a work truck, it is by no streach of the imagination a show car. Really just planning on going to have a good time.

We're talking of pre-registrations to enter the car. The $30 fee enters one car and up to two people in the car. It's good for all three days. Pre-Register here (http://store.carlisleevents.com/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=CE&Product_Code=2009-029&Category_Code=CAN4) and be sure to select NECOA as the clubb.

No, you can come and go as much as you please.

It doesn't have to be, you get to park with all the other Elkys and hang out in the NECOA club tent and have a good time.

That is sad ;'( that there are not more. I was hoping there would be over 40 of them, but so far my might not happen

I just pre-registered. I'll probably only show up on Saturday, but if this gets the club closer to a free tent, I'm in.

For TEXASELKY- If this is a car show yours will not take last place. Mine is a daily beater with rust , dents and lots of primer. Smokes a little to but don't tell any one. I'm only gonna be there for a day( Saturday), but would love to see what a Texas Elky look like, seem you don't have much rust down yonder do you? But i don't envy the trip though. And yep I've already pre registered.:nanawrench:

Had to wait to see if my recent engine and tranny rebuild were going to succeed. So far so good. So looks like I'll be registering soon as a NECOA member.

I'm going to take care of it this week. I may bring the '59 but it won't take any prize. If anything the '84 is what I will drive into the show.
