whats up guys im new to the site and i have an 81 elky that i have had for about 3 months and ive got the 350 built and ready to replace the 305 but im looking at buying some headers and found some flowtech afterburner LT headers at a pritty good deal but i wasnt sure if there was any clearnce issues with the LT or if i should go with shortys i take this elky just about anywhere i go so i dont need to drag them off in a paster since i live in the country thanks for all the help

long tube header will fit but you will either have to modify the tranny cross member or buy one for dual exhaust.

the crossmember is not a prob i have bult a few 3rd gen drag camaros so a cutting torch is not an issue just the ground clearnce on the elcamino like i said im new to elcaminos but very familar with engines and mods but thanks for the info
