I heard from Comfort Suites in Carlisle and they claim no rooms have been picked up by NECOA yet according to the info here on the message boards at lease six have been. Can I please have a count by answering the poll?

Also, if you haven't reserved yet but plan to you need to do so by June 7 or the remaining rooms will be released.

Tom, do me a favor and call the hotel and let them know that you have a reservation but it should be applied as part of the NECOA group. Thanks.

I did mention NECOA when I called even asked about parking my trailer there Sunday night if I can’t leave it at the far grounds.

UPDATE: It seems the person sending me the info is new and apparently did not read the info correctly. They now confirm we have 7 rooms blocked under NECOA. With Tom "el Bandidito" correcting the reservation that makes 8 rooms. Keep in mind we will probably all be in the same section of the hotel.

So there are only two rooms left so if you are thinking of reserving you need to do it now.

Leo - I called and they "changed" my reservation to be included with the NECOA list

I have been without a computer for quite a while.... I just reserved a room for the show with you guys. Not 100% sure I can bring one of the cars but I will definetly be there!

Did you specifically mention you wanted one of the NECOA rooms? If you didn't the hotel is probably booked. Try again, I think we may have hit the 10 we reserved but I'm not sure, I'll check on Tuesday.
