I was wondering if anybody knew of a site that had a good vacuum line scematic on a 1972 elky?

Compmaker, I believe you emailed me about the schematics from a restoration kit I received. I checked it and it does not include what your looking for. It is actually pretty lousy, but that is what I got from GM.

I'm going to recommend two people here that I think you will need to get in touch with for assistance: Ernie G. on this site. He goes by the ID of "87elcamino". He is on this site often and hopefully he will pick up on this thread. I know he travels alot for work, so not 100% sure when he will be on this forum.

I do have his email address at work and will get that to you tomorrow.

I just happen to have a set of them in transit to me. As soon as they arrive I'll scan them and post a link here. I've sent compmaker a PM also. Jay, I'm surprised you don't have a set.

Hey guys. I thought I had a set, but can't seem to find it, or maybe I had it confused with something else.

The only thing I found was from the "1972 Chevelle, El Camino & Monte Carlo Assembly Manual", the entire chapter 6 which is titled "Engine" shows the engine, fuel lines, vacuum, etc. I think this might help. It does show routing, part numbers etc.

I'm going to snail mail a copy of the chapter to "compmaker". It might or might not help him. I guess the more info he gets, the better chance of answering his question.
