Hey,

In a few days i will be getting my 1969 Chevrolet el camino from San Antonio Texas here in Holland.
It's a beautifull light blue original Elky that features a 350 ci engine (rebuild) non working AC and power steering and a black malibu interior.

No further details i can tell you guys since i dont know much more. Ill let you know what i'll find out about my car when its here.

To be short. Im pretty proud of my musclecar and i cant hardly wait untill it's ready for some cruisin on dutch soil.

Just one question already: does anybody know where the buildsheets are located in a el camino? So i can start off my search for the buildsheet. (that should give me some info on what the car used to have.

Thanks
p.s. here's an image of the car

ANYWHERE is where it could be. Headliner, above Gas tank, in a door panel. They were like a piece of trash, and depending who was on the line at the time, they just kindof discarded it where ever they had a mind to.:dontknow:
OH and WELCOME to the Board and this great extended Family

@ donny: Who knows in a few years it might be back on US soil with me in it. But as for now its just gonna have to live with the fact its an import car... :)

I will take goooooood care of my elky... i promise :):texas:

@ Ken... the wait pretty much sucks.. but it's well worth the wait. Not that many 69 elky's are on the roads here.
so its gonna have its fair share of fans here...
