I am in process of installing a rear disc brake kit on my 79 elky, and I cant seem to figure out how my emergency brake used to be setup. I am in desprite need of pictures of where the two cables meet.
(the 79's cables both run to the drivers side, not the middle) Please help!!!

I wish my Digi cam was working so I could post you a pic. The cable goes back to the bracket, it goes though the bracket to the pass side brake. The drivers side brake cable has a threaded bolt that accachs to the bracket. Tightening that bolt will tighten the brakes. I hope that makes since.
