Well we're almost there! First of all I want to thank all of you who donated to the club to help us pay for this event. To the El Camino Store for their generous donation of the 10 major trophies to be awarded. To our many fine members, your donations have allowed us to pay for a larger tent, tables, chairs, buy banners, pay for prizes and other awards not included in the El Camino Store donation.
Big thanks to Robert More, John Harris, Jim Faucett, and all the others who made the planning easier. Many thanks also to Rick Markko and Val Stewart of Carlisle Events for their support and cooperation.
We will have a large 20x30 foot tent to relax under courtesy of NECOA and the many fine members who donated to this event. We will have a few folding metal chairs but I highly recommend you bring your own to be comfortable.
For those needing it there are hoses available just inside the fairgrounds if you need to wash your car. There is also a coin operated self wash in Carlisle on Hanover Street.
Note to those who did not pre-register. When you register at Gate 3 BE SURE TO MENTION NECOA as your club. This is VERY IMPORTANT.
For those who did pre-register - when you check in at Gate 3 be sure they have you down as a NECOA member.
Here's the schedule of events:

• At some point your Elky will be judged by the Carlisle Judges. They'll let us know when.
