Honest Charlies bought the rights to the Choo-Choo name many years ago, that may be what the guy is talking about.
The 700 is not even close to being right, but it is amazing how many people think that statement is true. Not only in the Choo Choo but MCSS, Grand National and Cutlass 442's.
