I was born and grew up in the high desert of NM and sometimes miss it tremendously. Especially the stars at night and the smell of the sage brush after rain. I visited Phoenix, Prescott and Flagstaff a while back and it all came back to me.

Hey Pa-Elker: On the first week of October they have "October fest" car show down at Ruidoso downs and the usual chili cook off-parade and arts and crafts. I've seen some nice cars-we try to make every year-one of these day i will hopefully be driving my restored bad to the bone 74 Elky-hopefully- Upper canyon Ruidos is awesome!

Just got back from the Mesa Cruise tonight. It was pretty full in the main lot and cars lined up both sides, even in the heat.

Been going to some cruise nights around Chandler, Gilbert area last couple of months, but haven't been able to make SoCal lately.

Yeah that was mine :( I still haven't sold it. I had someone interested, he went on vegas to vacation and never came back. Maybe he lost the money haha.

My dog needs expensive surgery, I really need to sell it fast. I don't have the money to put it in the newspaper or whatever. I haven't put it up here yet. I need to do that soon.
