: Vendor thread?

Hi, I'm Ross and I'm new to ECC. I started a welcome thread here (http://elcaminocentral.com/showthread.php?t=30248), but I wanted to ask specifically about VA/MD/DC vendors. I was looking for a list of local body shops, mechanics, suppliers, etc. that ECC members have used and can recommend. I couldn't find one, is there any interest in starting one for the region? Unfortunately, I just bought my El C and don't have any good resources to share yet.

So, do you know of a good body shop, mechanic, or supplier in Region 4?

Ross,

Are you looking for something specific or just in general. I have a '67 as well.

I was thinking more of a general list of recommended vendors. I have a few specific needs (body and paint), but I think that a thread or list of vendors that have done work for ECC members in our and those members think they did a good job would be a good resource.

That '67 is looking good! I drive from DC to VA beach several times a year, so maybe I'll have to drop in on you one day.

Hmmm ~ Something to ponder.
Might be good, but Region specific, I mean, NY won't care who the Member in HI does local business with.

Co2 - I agree, that's why I put this in the region board. There is already thread for good internet parts suppliers, but local resources are always good to have, particularly for mechanics, body shops, etc.
