My drivers door sags a bit as soon as I open it. The detent roller looks pretty beat. If I get the detent roller rebuild kit, should I do the hinge repair kit too? In addition, how do I tell if the hinge is worth rebuilding and not replacing?

the bushings being shot is why your door is saging.rebuild the whole thing while its off the car. if the bushing hole is badly oval you can weld in the area & redrill it out.
