I want to deal with some small rust issues on my '67 and have it painted. Does anyone have a recommendation in the national capital area?

Thanks!

I know a couple down south in the Roanoke area, that have car show quality finishes.

I know some personal contacts in Fairfax I believe they're located. The guy's name is "Don", I'll pull up the contact info for you guys, and any others that may happen across this thread.

EDIT: Here's the guys's business card (http://i626.photobucket.com/albums/tt342/my-photo-dump/DonElkins.jpg). I'm not for sure if he does paint himself, but he'll definitely know where to go.

Hi there Heartbeat... Don't know where you are in the region, but I'm having my '66 done at a little place in Stanley, Va. called Sir Excellence Auto Body. Owners name is Donny, and I've seen his work. I've also seen several show cars he's done and they are holding up great. He doesn't have a website, but I can give you his phone number if you want it... lemme know.

Thanks for the tips. Stanley, VA is a bit far, but it might be worth it.

Ive been thinking about going the rustoleum route.. Once this weather clears up and about a week and a half of work i would love to show you what the finish product may look like.. You are in Fairfax county right?

I'm in Arlington, which is close enough to be the same. Let me know when and I'll come check it out.
