: How's The Weather?
82Ellie 02-27-2004, 08:47 PM Hey everyone! Just checking in to see how the weather is by all of you! Today in my part of Wisconsin we were in the 40's. My brother had to go get his car from the shop, so he bought me a tank of gas for my Elky and we took it out cruisin'. Had my window down the whole way home! Saturday and Sunday is supposed to be in the 50's. If that's true, I'm breakin' out the hose and bucket, and giving my baby a good old fashioned scrubbing, followed by a cruise down some backroads!
Hope you all get as lucky as we seem to be!
~Ger
NJLuke 02-27-2004, 09:41 PM Well today it was a chilly 68 or 70 degrees. Had to bust out the jacket! Just gave her a wash yesterday too. Tomorrow it might be even colder, might have to break out a couple pairs of socks!

Tommy 02-28-2004, 06:46 AM Man, We got a foot of snow! It's weird cause we hardly ever get this awful stuff. It should all melt in the next few days cause we will be back in the 50s & 60s.
Howard 02-28-2004, 08:17 AM Nice 26F (-6c) here today and overcast.....snows on the way
Highway69 02-28-2004, 11:39 AM Hey all, It's been a while since I visited with you... Big brother at work forced me to use the Internet at home. And when I'm home, I don't like using the computer -- cuz it's too much like work  !! The weather here in Northern California today is great. Probably in the 50s but more important is that there is no rain!!
Tommy -- I saw on the news about the snow you guys got over there! What a trip!! Hey, are you still getting deployed back to the desert?!
theelcaminofactory 02-28-2004, 12:09 PM Hey Tom, ha ha, low 60's, no snow, I'm outside in a T shirt! And I'm up north! Whats's up with the snow down there, anyway Bikini season is just around the corner.
eightysix 02-28-2004, 01:20 PM Its about 70s or warmer. i cant wash the car cause my super hasnt turn on the water yet. I can't wait to bring out the 69 I plan on starting it up it little awhile.
Tommy 02-28-2004, 04:03 PM We will be in the 60s tomarrow. 8-) Melt snow MELT! Yes , I will get redeployed in the fall.
ElCee 02-28-2004, 06:22 PM Here in "sunny" San Diego, the temp only got up to about 60, if even that. We had rain all week. Thought I fell asleep and woke up in Seattle.
motorbreth 03-02-2004, 12:28 PM 70F, overcast with light showers
Tommy 03-02-2004, 01:56 PM Thank God, Back in the 60s & 70s. No more snow!
Steve84Ec 03-02-2004, 01:59 PM weather is perfect here, just in time for bike week. Fun looking at all the bikes, but they can be major asses
motorbreth 03-02-2004, 02:33 PM Fun looking at all the bikes, but they can be major asses
if they wont get out of your way, just give them a gentle nudge with your bumper, this will surely encourage them to ride thier cute little bikes on the shoulder. :D
but seriously i hate bikers. they just ride right in the middle of the road, with no respect or common courtesy towards others. arg! now you made me mad... i need a nap, 3rd one today. i usually only take 2 naps at work but that really pissed me off.
Spring is here! Mid 70's for the rest of the week!
Scrubby 03-03-2004, 03:58 AM Supposed to be in the 60's and 70's for the next 5 days, overcast with a chance of drizzle. Had rain showers off an on the last two days. Summers on the way. Was praying for good weather this weekend but that may not happen. I had planned to do my door hinges on Sat. and Sun. with assistance from my Dad. One more week of waiting won't hurt unless the springs let go in the meantime.
pinstripebob 03-03-2004, 04:10 AM High fifties here in Indiana. Not too bad. This winter has taken way too long. We should build a weather machine or something. No more waiting months before we can cruise again. Not to mention, where I live the city just lays down the salt like Niagra Falls. You can see a layer after it's been put down.
Camino80 03-03-2004, 08:03 PM Its in the mid forties and overcast but it makes no difference because my Elcamino has been stored in the garage since early December. :( Thats when they dumped a ton of salt, or so it seems, on every street after the first snowfall. I don't take it out til early April. To make sure I'm not tempted on those occasional warm days I have the liability insurance suspended. Oh for a warm climate! :D
spoonplugger 03-03-2004, 08:57 PM Spring has sprung here. The Maple trees have just exhibited those faint, red buds which are the absolute first signs of spring in this part of the country.
