is there an rpo code for the diablo package :evil:

The GMC Caballero "Diablo" RPO was YE7. It was only available with the Z15 Super Sport RPO. Just like the Chevrolet El Camino Royal Knight / Black Knight Z16 RPO was only available with the Z15 Super Sport RPO.

That's what we're all here for.

If your Caballero is a Diablo, the Z16 and YE7 RPO will be located on the Body Number plate (Cowl Tag) under the hood on the top driver side of the firewall near the windshield wiper arm shaft.

I looked on the cowl tag and its not on there and the #'s on the door i can,t make out. The car has a diablo dash bezel and the guy i got the car from said it was in the car when he got it from original owner.

Here is my 79 SS Body Number plate. Note the Z15 on the right side. Your Body Number Plate should have this plus YE7. If they're not there then you have a Diablo clone.

oh yell i think i will keep it a clone if i get the diablo decals from diablo doug it will still be one sweet ride. thanks for all your info.

I have ye7 on both biuld sheets i found but on the tag it dont say ye7 nor z15.. HMMMMMMM.. But my build sheets say it.
