Huge pain but the instructions above were invaluable (Big thanks to the author). Make notes to yourself as you take it apart as to the order of the parts. Also the pivot pin removal tool is pricey (I got ripped for $25) but unless you make your own I don't see another way to get the pivot pins out.
All four of my bolts were loose. I'm glad I did this the steering feels much safer.
